Office Policy

So that we may offer cancelled or rescheduled appointments to other patients, we require 24 hours notice if you wish to change your appointment. Patients who fail to keep to their scheduled appointment without giving at least 24-hours notice will be charged a $25.00 fee. This is not payable by insurance.
